SkyCell welcomes Lazard Asset Management as a shareholder

SkyCell is pleased to welcome Lazard Asset Management as a new shareholder, following their recent acquisition of a minority stake in our company. The transaction closed in March 2023.

Founded in 1848, LAM is a subsidiary of Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ), and offers a range of equity, fixed income, and alternative investment products worldwide. More than 300 investment professionals manage approximately $216 billion across a wide range of global, regional and country-specific strategies – both traditional and alternative – in listed equity and fixed income.
