SkyCell was founded in 2012 by Richard Ettl and Nico Ros as a Swiss technology company dedicated to ensuring the right pharma product is available at the right time and place, maintaining temperature integrity, and ensuring compliance.

With a background in engineering pharmaceutical production plants, Nico Ros understood the industry's high standards and the need for precision, automation, and reliability. We set out to bring this mindset to supply chain logistics.

To achieve this, we developed loT-enabled hardware to collect real-time data, SkyMind software for monitoring and control, and hybrid containers to provide physical protection.

Today, our technology is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and has also become one of the leading solutions in the airline industry.
